Kay Costley-White & Therese DesCamp will lead a variety of practices designed to deepen your experience of i nspired living.  Saturday, February 9, 9am to 4pm    Sunday, February 10, 9am to noon   Knox Hall, New Denver; by donation.
Please bring your own lunch and journal; tea provided.
 Chairs available, or bring your own meditation gear. Registration not required.

About the Presenter:
Sensei Neil Dunnigan. Neil has been studying traditional karate-do for 45 years. He is an internationally certified black belt, holding the rank of Kyoshi Hachidan (8th degree). He studies directly under Sensei Tsutomu Nakahodo in Okinawa, Japan. Sensei Nakahodo was recently declared an Okinawan Cultural Living Treasure.
